Ground truth used to need a lab.

360° is designed to record real work at lab quality where it happens: in kitchens, workshops, warehouses and on shop floors.

Hands, motion and structure, frame by frame.

What 360° records becomes something a robot can learn from: where the hands are, how they move, and the shape of the room around them.

Data

Every moment, twelve layers deep.

Pressed together, they show one moment of work. Pulled apart, each layer is a signal a model can learn from, and each says how it was made. One moment cuts through all of them at once.

Data

One session. Twelve layers. One clock.

Views and depth, hands and objects in 3D, force and slip, labeled actions with their intent and outcome, mistakes included. On one clock, with the rights attached.

Every hour carries its rights.

Who recorded it, for which use, for whom and for how long. The wearer chooses each use. The plan sells training licenses. A transfer would hand over the data itself. The passport travels with the data.

What the law asks

“… data collection processes and the origin of data, and in the case of personal data, the original purpose of the data collection”
EU AI Act, Art. 10(2)(b): data governance for high-risk AI systems
“… a sufficiently detailed summary about the content used for training of the general-purpose AI model …”
EU AI Act, Art. 53(1)(d): a duty of model providers since 2 August 2025
“The data subject shall have the right to withdraw his or her consent at any time.”
GDPR, Art. 7(3)

The passport is designed to answer this for every hour.

One recording, three uses.

Labs train their models on it. Companies use it to improve how they work and to pass on what their experts know. A company keeps its recordings in-house or sells them.

Training data for AI

AI labs and robot makers license approved hours to train and test models for physical work.

Process optimization

Companies see how a task is really done, step by step, and where time is lost. No monitoring of individual performance.

Knowledge transfer

An expert does the job once and explains it. The recording becomes instructions and training for the next person.

One headset in the plan

A USD 700 headset pays for itself in under a week of recording.

USD 110,000 a year

revenue per headset, for three years of recording, with three licenses per hour.

Calculation: each approved hour leaves USD 41 toward the device (80 % sold at USD 95, less USD 5 wearer share at the sale, USD 15 wearer pay and USD 16 processing). USD 671 ÷ USD 41 = 16.4 approved hours = 6 recording days of 2.75 approved hours. At 175 recording days a year that is about two calendar weeks; buyers pay within 10 days, so the device is paid back in cash in month 2. Revenue: 175 recording days × 2.75 approved hours × 80 % sold = 385 sold hours a year, each sold at USD 95 and licensed three times at USD 65 = USD 111,650 a year, USD 334,950 over three years, paid through month 55. From first sales alone, USD 36,575 a year. The plan counts 36 months of recording per headset. Production cost: target USD 671 for 360° Single without beacon at orders of 2,500 units; parts today USD 1,770 at 1,000 units. Stress: at USD 65 instead of 95, 15 days; at today’s parts cost, 16 days; a pilot device at about USD 3,000, 27 days. Plan model, not a forecast.
